Sustainable Transformation For The Underserved
STEP U(i)P TRUST (Sustainable Transformation To Empower The Poor – Urban and Indigenous People Trust) was established in 2013 with the mission of reaching underserved communities.
We focus on children, women, and youth, promoting empowerment and improving their social and economic well-being. The Trust supports educational aspirations with a special focus on tribal and urban poor communities.
Over the past decade, we have delivered services to excluded communities across India, reaching vulnerable tribal groups including the Santhal community in West Bengal, Kodikalanl tribal, and Narikuravar communities.
